1. Nature of Services

Rutava Solutions provides product engineering, custom web and mobile application development, SaaS architecture, AI automation, and cloud DevOps services to startups, enterprises, marketing agencies, and global outsourcing partners.

Specific project deliverables, milestones, payment schedules, and warranties are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) executed directly with each client.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon complete settlement of agreed project fees, all custom software source code, digital assets, database designs, and documentation developed specifically for the client are assigned fully to the client, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in the relevant SOW.

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, and proprietary content displayed on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rutava Solutions.

3. Acceptable Use of Website

When interacting with our website and inquiry forms, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, malicious, or abusive information.
• Upload viruses, trojans, or infected files through resume or brief attachment forms.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our administrative panels, servers, or APIs.
